Shipping and Delivery
Most products we sell are in stock ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days and are usually received between 1-10 working days after your order is placed.
However sometimes due to high demand and supplier shortages there may be delays. You can always contact us before shopping to ensure the products you are interested in are in stock or to see how long delays may be. We will always keep you informed of how your online order is progressing and advise you of any unusual delays.
Currently shipping is a flat rate Australia wide of $10.00 for any items that exclude large and bluky items such as Furniture, Gliders and selected Carseats. We may not be able to send your item to a Post Office box or postal address, but in these cases you will be contacted.
- Home delivery via Australia Post or Courier Services. We can also delivery to PO BOX addresses.
- Delivery within Australia Only.
- Click & Collect is a FREE pick up service from the nominated location
- Orders will be delivered between Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
- Please note products being sent to rural locations, NT, WA, SA & TAS may take up to 10 working days to arrive once dispatched.
- All home deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call and arrange another delivery time or collect from the delivery agent.
- You can enter your post code and our website will calculate an estimated delivery charge to your area. All delivery prices include GST.
- You can choose the Click & Collect option – this is a FREE service.
Large & Bulky Products
- We do have couriers and logistic services to deliver large and bulky goods Australia Wide. If you cannot obtain a shipping price please call us to obtain a quote over the phone.
- Shipping rates for large and bulky items will depend on your region.
- Some furniture is made to order with the supplier, and depending on availability from the manufacturer can take up to 12 weeks to order in.
- Insurance is optional for your delivery. You can choose to insure your purchase incase it is lost or damaged in transit. If you do not insure your order and your items are lost or damage, Everything Baby will not be liable for a replacement or refund.
