What currency are the prices shown on the site?

All prices on Everything Baby are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are usually 15–21 days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are usually updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at everythingbaby@mail.com with your order details.

Do you ship across Australia?

Yes, Everything Baby ships products to customers across Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and courier availability.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy and a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send the item back to us for a full refund.

Items must be returned at your own expense and should include your name and order number inside or on the returned parcel. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

Please note: If your package is already on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order with no penalty before it has shipped. If the item has already been sent, please use our return process to receive a refund once the item has been returned.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect or misspelled address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and also notify us at everythingbaby@mail.com.

If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours of your order being placed. No refund will be given after 24 hours for incorrect address submissions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment methods available at checkout. These may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment options displayed during checkout.

Are your baby products safe?

Product safety is very important to Everything Baby. We recommend that customers always read product descriptions, age recommendations, safety warnings, and usage instructions before using any baby or nursery product.

Gift wrapping availability may vary depending on the product and order. If you would like gift wrapping or special packaging, please contact us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout if the option is available.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product is unavailable, it may appear as sold out on the website. You can check back later for restocks or contact us at everythingbaby@mail.com to ask about product availability.
